• Usage Data: Booking history and service preferences.
• Location: Used strictly to find nearby services (optional).

2. Location Data

We may request access to your device's location to provide location-based services, such as finding businesses near you and calculating travel distance.

How we use it: This data is processed only when the app is in use to sort search results. We do not track your location in the background or sell your location history to third parties.

3. Usage and Behavioral Data

We collect data on your booking history, including completion rates and "No-Show" incidents.

Fair Usage Policy: To maintain platform integrity, accounts with repeated "No-Show" violations (3 or more) may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned. This automated processing is necessary to protect our service providers from financial loss.

4. How We Use Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve our booking services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete: You can delete your account directly within the app settings or by contacting us atsupport@bumin.app. Upon request, all personal data (name, phone number, booking history) will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You agree to use the app respectfully. Repeated "no-shows" (booking without attending) may result in account suspension to protect our business partners.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Please respect business owners' time. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance via the app.
